"Part of our Family"

I was recently asked about my experience regarding dental implants and if I would recommend the procedure.  Without any hesitation, my answer was a whole-hearted YES!!!  I honestly do not think that I can say enough about how enjoyable (yes, I said enjoyable) my visits were to the office of Dr. Scott Hanosh in Paradise, CA.  From the very moment we walked through those doors, my family and I were made to feel like we had come home.  My youngest daughter once told a friend that "they are not just the dentist office.....they feel like family".  Enough said.

Dr Scott and his entire staff greet you with a smile and call you by your name.  They are always professional, but personable, and genuinely care about your comfort and well-being. The dental implant process took several months to complete, but the results were amazing.   In the beginning, Dr. Scott carefully explained the entire process, down to the smallest detail. So when the day came to actually place the implants into the jaw, I was well prepared. Medications had been previously prescribed for my pain during that day and I never felt a thing.  I was asked many times if I needed a break or if I was feeling any pain.  My comfort was of the utmost importance.

Once home, Dr Scott called to check on my comfort level, and every day after, his front office staff called. As in life, sometimes things go wrong.  I managed to break a piece off my temporary bridge on a Sunday night, leaving a gaping hole in the very front of my mouth.  I was horrified.  My daughter encouraged me to call Dr. Scott at home and, within 30 minutes, the three of us were in his office and he was making repairs.....on a Sunday night!!! I was smiling once again.  What I might add at this point is the fact that Dr. Scott created this beautiful temporary bridge right in his office.  There was no waiting after the surgery; I walked out with an amazing smile the same day.

When it came time to put the final crowns on (a total of 4 right in the front) Dr. Scott put them in, stood back, and said....."They are not right".  (These crowns were made at an outside lab). Took them out, put my temporary back in, and sent the crowns back to be made again.  The second time I went in, the same thing happened.  He apologized for the repeated visits, but I was HAPPY.  Happy in the fact that he would not accept anything but the best.  He could have put those first crowns in and sent me on my way.....but he didn't.  He wanted them perfect and I greatly appreciated his perfectionism and professionalism in providing me exactly what I came to him for.  A new, beautiful smile.

How my family and I found Dr. Scott's office was pure chance, but we feel extremely lucky to have him and his staff as part of our "family".

"Enthusiastic support system..."

One would think a change from an ugly mouth to a stunning smile would be an appealing venture, but initially for me it was not. For many reasons, I had to goad myself toward this improvement.

Before

AfterThanks to the dynamic team of Dr. Scott Hanosh and his dental technicians, I heeded their encouragements, relied on their support, trusted their abilities, and finally, rejoiced in their finished product, an insuppressable smile from my lips and heart.

BeforeAfterThere was much work to be done in my case, and each phase was accomplished with comfort and deference to the patient, amazing orthodontic skills by Dr. Scott, and from initial castings to final photos, an enthusiastic support system by all the ladies, especially Janelle. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful the whole process played out and how stoked I am with my new look. Thanks to everyone at G. Scott Hanosh, DDS!

"I got my natural smile back..."

Before

AfterIt was my most rewarding day at the dentist’s office. I got my natural smile back…new and improved. My teeth look better now that when I was a teenager! I wish I had made this decision years earlier.

Thanks to Doctor Scott Hanosh and his staff, the entire procedure was easy and painless. If you are considering this treatment, I would recommend it…. the sooner the better.

"I can't recommend Dr. Scott's office highly enough..."

I saw Dr. Scott after having battled periodontal diesease for many years. I had a lot of gum recession and many of my front teeth were loose. I was dreading the thought of dentures, but Dr. Scott convinced me we could restore my smile and save my remaining good teeth. It was a long process which we approached step-by-step, first to treat the perioddontal disease, then extract the teeth that couldn't be saved and incorporate the implants.

I was worried about losing my front teeth, but Dr. Scott and his staff were insightful of my concern about my appearance and I never had to leave the office feeling embarrassed or uncomfortable. I was provided with temporary partials, which were beautiful, by the way. I wore these until the implants healed and I was ready for the permanent partials. Now I have a spectacular smile! And it's like having my own natural teeth—I can eat anything I want and don't have to think about it. I hadn't been able to bite an apple for years!

Oh, and did I mention what a coward I am? No kidding, I'm the world's greatest scaredy-cat when it comes to dentists! But Dr. Scott and the girls never allowed me to be in pain. Dr. Scott has the amazing talent of being able to have both of his fists in your mouth and you'd never know it. Quite a magic touch! Each of the Dental Assistants who assisted were absolutely professional in every way and were always thoughtful and considerate of my comfort. Even Katie and the girls in the office take care of whatever you need, promptly and professionally.

Thanks to Dr. Scott and his staff, I have a smile that "lights up the room." If you're considering having work done, I can't recommend Dr. Scott's office highly enough. No more excuses! Smile!
